Student Accommodation Lancaster – What We Offer
Established in 1985 Lune Properties is a family run business. We provide high quality student accommodation in Lancaster City Centre. We own all our own properties so there is no middle man (agent).
We aim to make life for our students as easy as possible and we offer all inclusive rents. These include all utilities (gas, electric, water), broadband and even the TV licence. We purchase all our gas/electric from only green providers so our tenants can be assured that the electric/gas is carbon neutral.
Offering a 24 hour on call service all our tenants can be assured that response times for maintenance issues are super quick. We appreciate for many of our tenants this may be the first time living in your own property and our aim is to be there if you need help.
